Our law firm, MERSKI Radcy Prawni i Adwokaci, was built on the resources, know-how and, above all, people of its predecessor, Kancelaria Radców Prawnych MERSKI. As such, we have been expanding our presence in the legal services market since 1993. The experience of those years has taught us how to recognise the needs of businesses. It's what sets our offering*, which is often addressed to multi-divisional enterprises with thousands of staff, apart from others.

Ever since our beginnings in 1993 we have worked for banks and retail chains. So we became specialists in banking law and in civil law issues involved in the banking business.

For retail chains, the key areas of expertise comprise but are not limited to employment law, including individual and collective employment relationships, and trade union law.

With the real estate market still in a real slump, this area is not described here, despite our considerable track-record in it over 2003-2009.
